Excellent stylists! Bill makes my hair look great every time, and that’s hard to do as I have fine, straight as a board, wispy hair. Josh does great perms. All the stylists have special talents, you can get what you ask for. Vicky is super friendly and does whatever she can do assure you can get what. Great lines of products, too! Bill has been my stylist since 1990, except for a couple years he moved out of town. He even did my hair for my wedding 28 wonderful years ago!

I spent the most relaxing, rejuvenating, blissful day at Ell with Leslie. I had a facial, massage, manicure, and pedicure…4 hours of the most pampered I have been in years. Immediately upon entering I was greeted warmly and treated so well the entire time. All of my services were meticulously given and I now know I have found my new retreat. I can’t wait to visit again and have my hair done. Josh…Leslie…and Leslie…you are my new favorite humans.

I had an appointment for a $60 root touch up yesterday, and after this is when I lost ALL trust for this salon simply because of this person. Not going to mention a name because they know who they are. I didn’t expect my whole head to be treated again; my stylist told me “this will get rid of the yellow,” and nothing else. I had asked for a different tone which is what I got, but I did NOT ask for this; apparently a lightener was used in my hair.. the results? Fried ends and hair that tangles every time a brush is run through it. And the audacity he had to try and charge me $125? After talking to him he told me that it’d be only $100 because he “forgot” that I hadn’t gotten a cut. Why did I give one star? I walked in this salon with HEALTHY blonde hair. I walked out with fried ends and hair feeling like grass. This has been a TREMENDOUS hit to my confidence and self-esteem; I will never again let someone do this to my hair.. especially this salon. This one star goes to the owner Josh, who is a very sweet and honest person. My only regret is that I didn’t go to him in the first place.

Ben Lee and Ell & Co win all of my heart emojis, forever. ♥️ I got a decidedly awful haircut from another salon (never again) and went to Ell and Co last minute to have it fixed. I was booked ASAP!
