I went here about 2 month ago with some friends. The staff were very friendly and really trying to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. I got a pedicure and it was very relaxing and felt great. I used gel polish and it lasted a long time! I was very satisfied with Elk River Nails and Spa and look forward to going back! Pedicure

I’ve been here a couple time before they did an okay job. This time I tried to get a walk in appointment because it says on their window walking welcome, they obviously are NOT WELCOME the last three times I’ve tried to come in here without an appointment they were extremely rude when I asked if they had anytime to do a fill and color change. I will NOT be returning to this location, if you want customers you at least have to be nice if you don’t have time to do their nails.

Positive: CleanlinessI’ve never been to this play but i wanted to try. when he was cutting my nails they were a little shorter than i like which i fine. i asked for coffin, & normally other places i’ve gone to they don’t file the sides as much as he did. on some of my nails on the side you can see my nail which is quite annoying.

They always get me in if I make a apt or walk in. It’s typically so busy I always try to make a apt. The spa pedicure is amazing!!! Always do wonderful no matter who does it. I would suggest this place everytime in elk river. Staff is so friendly they remember almost everyone and work very hard. Decent prices, discount if you use cash! If they aren’t so busy they go above and beyond to make my day! I know my service will always be good and I’ll always come back.

I’ve had my fair share of acrylic sets before. Fresh and removals and this was by far the most painful experience ever. I sat with a man not sure what his name was but he dremeled my old set off so hard and fast that I thought my fingers were going to bleed he was so rude anytime I flinched because of how painful it was he was grab and pull my hand out of annoyance. I almost left after he finished removing my first hand because I was about to cry and frustrated myself. I would never return here. Don’t get me wrong my nails are beautiful but not worth almost crying and leaving over them.

i go to this place to try and give them chance after chance. i always get a pedicure or a full set and my hands and feet always get infected. i have an infected toe now. they must not clean their tools.

Today I had the worst experience of my life. The guy who started doing my nails was very crabby. He was very rough with my fingers, twisting and turning them. I asked him to be gentle and he behaved very unprofessional. I ended up walking out without doing my nails and none of the other workers asked why. I’ve been doing my nails here for about 6 months and the services from Tina and Tiffany are good. The two guys have horrible customer service. Today I had the worst experience of my life. The guy who started doing my nails was very crabby. He was very rough with my fingers, twisting and turning them. I asked him to be gentle and he behaved very unprofessional.
