Have been coming here for over 11 years. Ermei always takes good care of me. She is very talented and knows what looks great! My daughter started coming to see her too and she loves her hair every time she leaves!! Would recommend this place as it’s a chill environment. They are very accommodating!

I had an appointment with Ermei at 10am for highlights & curtain bangs. I did not leave the salon until 1:30. She was working on 3-4 other clients the whole time & let my hair over process. I asked for brown highlights but by the time she finally came around to me, my hair was blonde & damaged. She also cut my bangs way too short when I specifically told her I wanted them longer. Not a good experience & when I mentioned to her that this is taking too long & I need to be somewhere else she started telling me that highlights usually take 2-3 hours to get done….no, you’ve been focusing on your other clients the whole time!

I showed them this picture to the left. I wanted a balayage of brown with dark roots, with silver highlights to frame my face. They turned me blonde. This is nothing like the picture. I am disappointed. It seemed like it was a chore to them in the end. My hair was washed and blowed dried and curled with a spray of oil. No conditioner treatment either. SMH

I was new to this place and I was referred to Lisa from a churchgoer.I liked her hair cut so I walked in a busy Saturday. Lisa was honest and told me if I could wait for 10 mins and accommodated me. Was glad because she followed the style of hair cut I like. She listens to you and what you like. Unlike former salons I went to. Definitely I ll be back. Thanks Lisa.

I went here for the first time because my old stylists didn’t do my hair right anymore. The lady who helped me listened to what I wanted and was respectful, and always asked before cutting off in a certain place. She layered my hair without making it look much shorter than it was before the trim. I trust this place a lot they know what they’re doing.
