I’ve been seeing the dermatologist at this location for months now, and after the first appointment, I noticed immediate improvement in my acne, darkspots, and dry skin (my main concerns). She’s also the first dermatologist, out of 3, to treat my skin complexion with no hesitation. She even took the time to educate me about my skin complexion because I didn’t understand why my skin scarred every time I got a pimple. She does rush through the appointments, but I don’t have a problem with that because I don’t like my appointments to be long.

The PA makes me very uncomfortable. This place used to be about empathy, care, and concern. They were the best. I used to recommend so many people to this place. Unfortunately, Dr. Polisky is gone and the people running the office play games, talk down to you and are rude. They would do better and make more just caring for the public instead of worrying about their commission. I used to know everyone at this location. Great place while it lasted.

When Dr. Polisky was there phone calls were returned. He has since retired and I’ve been trying for months to get in. I finally get a call back but couldn’t pick up because I was at work and guess what? No calls are being returned.

Do not go here. I wish I would’ve looked at reviews more beforehand. Went in for a full body mole check. I saw a PA, not a Dermatologist. She quickly glanced over my moles and said they were fine, but then said she would inject a steroid in a pimple that was not healing. I didn’t know that this steroid injection was going to cost over $200…she made no effort to explain what she was doing or what the extra cost would be. She just said “we’ll take care of that”. Now I’m stuck with a $250 bill and that’s after insurance. I’ll be calling billing to dispute this.

The actual Doctor is gone. In his place they put a glorified nurse with a God complex who talks down to patients and is extremely unpleasant. I used to love this place, but after the Doctor moved away, now it’s an absolute mess with no knowledgeable staff. They hid the fact that the Doctor had left, which was also disturbing considering I made an apt to see a DOCTOR. Instead I saw the Physicians assistant who is now apparently their replacement, as if a PA is this same as an actual MD. On top of it, she was wildly unpleasant, constantly talked down to me, accused me of lying about my medical history ect. Do not go there! If you want professional medical care from a full blown LICENSED PHYSICIAN, go elsewhere.

I can’t believe one star ratings for this amazing practice – I won’t go anywhere else! Perhaps those disappointed patients didn’t give the office enough info, or time, to resolve their issues. Dr Polisky & staff have gone above and beyond expectations to address any issues I’ve had. They even accommodated my hushand, who suffered from severe dementia, when he needed facial surgery. That’s much appreciated empathy, kindness, and devotion to 5 star patient care in my mind.
