Our first experience at Elise French Nails was great. I took an elder friend who hadn’t had TLC in a long time for a little spa day. We decided to give it a try because it was extremely clean and fragrance free. Sometimes nail shops have a lot of competing smells that can be uncomfortable for people with allergies. Laura was very kind and patient. She explained every step of the manicure service to relieve my friend’s anxiety. My friend appreciated the kind and gentle attention and the manicure, but the hand wax and shoulder massages really “nailed” it for her to come back and include a pedicure on the next spa day.

I have the best manicure experiences with the owner Laora. I’ve gone to a lot of places that don’t actually manicure the nail bed and cuticles but just slap polish on. With Laora my nails are picture perfect!

Went here totally on a whim after picking up a dress from the tailors next door. Service is friendly and professional. Place is extremely clean. I got a manicure and pedicure for a very reasonable price that included multiple massages of my hands, feet, and even my neck and upper back. Great experience and highly recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made an appointment here on 8/21/20 at 1:00 I didn’t leave until after 4! It was for a full set and pedicure for me and my daughter the polish is chipping, the nails are uneven and coming up! The lady that runs the place had her teenage daughter doing pedicures! It’s over priced and the service is overall HORRIBLE!! I do not recommend this place to anybody! I’ve been here a couple times before and I loved the service.. unfortunately I just left and am really underwhelmed with the pedicure I just paid for.. Felt very rushed and a few of the things that were done in the previous pedicures I’ve gotten were not included.. (hot wax on the heels – massage after while waiting for my nails to try).. I asked my technician about the hot wax while she started painting my nails, and she pretty much said that they don’t do that anymore with pedicures.. then when I asked if it was extra and she said that “my feet didn’t need it”.. as if that was a good enough reason to skip it entirely. I came in about 50 minutes before closing – yelp said they are open until 730 on a Saturday, but the hours on the door said they close at 6pm.. regardless, I shouldn’t have felt so rushed out of there with my technician speeding thru everything and all of the girls running around like maniacs cleaning up – it was not a relaxing experience at all. If they didn’t think it would be enough time to do the pedicure, they shouldn’t have told me to sit down in the chair. Overall very disappointed, and I don’t think I will be back after this.

I got a gel manicure and it is already chipping a week later. I don’t do much house work and if I do I always wear gloves. The nail polish near my cuticle looks patchy and they cut my cuticles wrong. Not to mention they are overpriced and they charge you an extra $5 to pay with a card!

The service was subpar and the manicure was mediocre, if that. Definitely won’t be returning and I recommend you don’t either.
