Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis is not about any of the stylists because I never got that far. I made an appointment today at 11:30 for a 4:30 cut and color. I was at work and had a missed call from them at 4 but no one left a voicemail so I assumed they were just confirming. You know what they say about assuming. Anyway, this was my first time visiting the salon. I arrived at 4:20 and went inside. There was no one at the desk and NOBODY greeted me or said can I help you. After about 15 minutes I asked a stylist if I needed to check in or what. She sat in a chair doing nothing but on her phone and when I finally approached her she said my stylist was with a client and would come get me when she was ready. I was fine with that, but I sat there another 10 minutes before my stylist came up. She asked me what I wanted done and told her cut and color. She then said the there was no way to do that before they closed and I would need to reschedule. Again, NO ONE LEFT ANY MESSAGE OR VOICEMAIL. Who doesn’t leave a voicemail if your appointment needs to be rescheduled? I read all the great reviews and was excited to get my pandemic hair done, but this has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I did not reschedule. Again, this is not about any stylist but my experience with the salon. WHO DOESNT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL IF YOUR APPOINTMENT NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED?
