I have had 3 appointments so far. At each appointment, I am greeted warmly, asked what I am having done and then invited to sit at a station. Is it a flawless, sparkly, clean salon? No, it is an actual salon that is warm, inviting and busy (not out of someones apartment). Is there dust? Yes, nails are being done so dust happen. I get a full set acrylics with nail art (not stamps). The techs are highly efficient and multitalented. I do not feel obligated to converse. It is great going to a place where I can actually relax and not feel uncomfortable. My daughter had her first ever manicure and gel polish done with art as well today and genuinely enjoyed herself. I will definitely be continuing to go there.

Family owed business. Very friendly staff, I had the $75 medi-pedi it’s an extra 20 for gel polish, but you get 5% off for paying cash. The lady who was looking after me was lovely great at her job.

I came in with a very vague description of what I wanted, no photo references, wanting something completely different. He took a pure black base from my previous appointment and reworked it into the best set I’ve ever gotten! The 3D flower was a last second decision to try, and they made sure the colors complimented the rest and was finished perfectly. He took a pure black base from my previous appointment and reworked it into the best set I’ve ever gotten! We had 7 people come in as a large group for a wedding getting various manis & pedis including the bride. They did all of us in only one and a half hours!! They were super efficient and did all of us simultaneously. The massages were also awesome. And they were very professional. We were very impressed! Can’t recommend them enough!!!!!

Overall, pedicure services were provided as advertised. I had a major problem with how pushy the staff was to upgrade the services as well as the way they interacted with me as a client. They were rude an unprofessional. Staff was also not transparent about pricing. Felt very rushed for the top tier pedicure that I ended up agreeing to under pressure. Will NOT be coming back.
