I’ve been going here since it was T-Nails (over 20 years) I prefer to have Ann, Tina or Hai do my nails. The guy in front (Paul, I think) is so rude. Prices are average. The place is beautiful inside. Lots of different polishes. The only problem I have had was with a pedi. The woman couldn’t understand me or was just not listening. I literally was getting up to leave after all her mistakes and problems. You would think they would have at least given a discount. But this is still 1 of my 2 places to go.

Great experience! I was a walkin, Lyn did my gel manicure and she was gentle, didn’t cut any of my skin but yet was thorough with cleaning cuticles. She was quick and did an EXCELLENT job! Kim did my eyebrows and nailed it, they came out perfect! I will continue my services there from now on… Thank God! They’re close to me home& work, I could drop in and they’re fast! That means ALOT to me.

Usually have a great experience here, but I went in for a refill tonight and it was horrible. I had Tom, and he was texting basically the entire time/ stopped in the middle of doing my nails to answer someone. The nails are all different shapes and the actual polish is all over the outside of my nails. Waste of my money and time, most likely won’t be back- lost a regular customer!

Called from across the road and was able to get right in for pedicures. My tech went above and beyond ! The best one I have had. My daughter’s was great, as well. Will definitely be visiting again !

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismLowering my rating down to 2 instead of 5 stars:If you go here for dip, prepare for your nails to chip within a week. This happened numerous times for me at this salon, 3+. They will fix it for free, but that is not the point. You can pay the same price at another salon, as I do now, for the same service and not have to come back for 3+ weeks. Why should I have to take time out of my busy schedule multiple time to come back and have you fix my nails, when you are the ones that are doing a bad job in the first place? I absolutely love how my nails came out. I believe I had Haul and he dod an excellent job. Very detail orientated, the shape is the best I’ve ever had. I showed him a picture and he told me it wpuld mot be exact but close and he absolutely nailed it (no pun intended). I had him remove an old an old set and start from scratch and he was gentle and double checked regularly to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the outcome. I’ve had such bad and stressful experiences recently and had been searching high and low for a good nail tech and I will without a doubt be coming back for my fills, and I’ll probably check out some of their other services as I was so pleased with my experience. So happy!!
