The best. If you are not familiar with this practice I HIGHLY recommend it. Elizabeth has been doing this work for 20 years and after having a motor vehicle accident I have to admit this is the best healing method I’ve ever experienced. Well, I don’t know where to start really except to say that Elizabeth kept me “moving” for years. I met Elizabeth in Gainesville, Florida. I became a client after talking with her a few times in a more social setting. My body does not react well to any type of deep tissue massage, and Elizabeth’s use of OrthoBionomy was really beneficial for me.
