Critical: Professionalism, ValueI took both my daughters to see Tandra and she was very disinterested in doing hair. They both got highlights and a cut. I asked her if she could style it and I was told no that she didn’t have time. However, in between my daughters appointments, she took an unexpected client which resulted in my girls not getting their hair fully done. Then, it was over $400. I tried this shop with just a picture and Hope’s that my dramatic change would look great. The bob cut was alot shorter than I asked for no where near like the picture.. the color was just ok and all over my neck forehead and ears very noticeable with such a short cut.. the staff was very friendly.. but I won’t be back . I am looking for a more experienced stylist.. what a disappointment!!
