Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueKaylee is the absolute BEST. I was so lucky to have stumbled up on her. She listened to everything I said I wanted and didn’t want. She’s incredibly educated and equally talented. The whole time she taught me about what would work best for me as far as style, maintenance, and haircare. She taught me about products and the best way to use them. I will recommend her to everyone and like I told her “she’s stuck with me now.” I wont allow anyone else to touch my hair. I cant believe a salon this cool was so close to me and I did not even know it was there. Save yourself time and a bad haircut and book with her NOW!!! Before I showed up to my appointment, I asked for a quote. It ended up being $100 more than what they told me it would be, and they didn’t tell me this, until AFTER I had gotten my hair done. I was also told that they could do it all in one session. That also turned out to be untrue, and they wanted about $200-$300 additional for a second session. At that point I said screw that. My hair was brown when I went in. It had zero coloring in it, it was all natural. My goal was to go platinum. But when I walked out of there, my hair was barely a shade lighter from my natural hair color. I paid $300 for literally NOTHING. I will NEVER go there again.
