I’ve used Elizabeth Grady many times in the past at the Peabody location before it closed and had wonderful experiences. This location however is nothing like it. I purchased a 1.5 Hour Signature Massage & 1 Hour Signature Facial for my girlfriend. She was mortified to find out her masseuse was going to be a male and was never asked about her preference ahead of time or given warning of this. It was too late at that point as she was already on the massage table. The male masseuse then proceeded to chat the entire time about his wife and family while he consumed a Rockstar. This is entirely unprofessional and showed a complete disregard for the comfort of their customer. Updated: Danielle reached out and was both polite and professional in addressing my concerns. She did everything right in my opinion to correct the issue and make amends. Based upon her outreach we will absolutely return to Elizabeth Grady and we shall put this isolated incident behind us. Thank you Danielle!
