Lindsie is the best ever! She is so good at what she does. A friend recommended her to me and I’m so glad that I found her. I’ve always been very particular when it comes to getting my hair done and she has done a great job every time. She is spot on with her color and cut and I always leave the salon feeling great about my hair. My hair feels so much healthier and she is so fun to visit with. It took me quite some time to find the right person to manage my hair color. I feel that our hair is something we should prioritize as we wear it every day! I went years trying to find someone who would get color how I wanted. I always ended up with streaks that looked very unnatural. I finally found this salon and have always walked out satisfied. Lindsie has taken the time and care to know my hair. I have thick and coarse hair and Lindsie knows how to work with it very well. I have been a client here for the past 5 years. I first started with Elizabeth and have now been seeing Lindsie for the last few years. It took me quite some time to find the right person to manage my hair color. I feel that our hair is something we should prioritize as we wear it every day! Critical: ProfessionalismFirst of all, the stylist who did my hair did a great job. My issue is not with the quality of service provided. However I felt blindsided by the price. The pricing was never explained to me before the appointment or during, and I expected a high end price, meaning to me 130 to 150 dollars as that is what I have paid at other salons. I was told at the end that the total price would be 275. This is for a color. I was shocked and had to quickly move money out of savings and left in tears. I wish this would have been explained to me so I could have chosen to not go. First of all, the stylist who did my hair did a great job. My issue is not with the quality of service provided. However I felt blindsided by the price. The pricing was never explained to me before the appointment or during, and I expected a high end price, meaning to me 130 to 150 dollars as that is what I have paid at other salons.
