Absolutely the best experience from beginning to end. They allowed me to make an appointment for me, my mom, and my best friend all together(girls day ). We all got botox and my mom and I got filler, Hannah was absolutely amazing. Not only is she extremely professional and great at what she does she is also fun and a pleasure to be around. The gentleman at the front was also fabulous. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. We will be back!

Upon entering EC Med Spa, you first feel like you’ve been given special access to a beautiful historic home in downtown Elizabeth City. The spa is clean, calming, and smells magnificent . Robby at the reception area is well organized, informative, and welcoming. Meghan and Katie provided my consultation, addressed my concerns, and explained the process throughly. Treatments were then professionally and safely reviewed by an MD (Dr. Manly). Also, I love that they automatically schedule a follow-up appointment (at no charge) after injections (and other qualifying services) to ensure your treatment is successful. 100% satisfied with the injections and amounts suggested. I look forward to exploring more of their extensive service menu. Wonderful amenity to Elizabeth City!

Elizabeth City Med Spa is in a beautiful historic building and they have thought of everything when it comes to the decor. It is so charming! Meghan was an absolute gem for my first time receiving botox. I was nervous and didn’t really know what to expect, and she walked me through every step. She is excellent at educating and explaining, and her technique was fabulous. I couldn’t even feel most of the injections! My botox began to set in, and I’m in love! I have definitely been converted. I love the fresh, younger look that it gives me so much that I am wearing less makeup, too (which makes my mornings much easier!). Thank you to Meghan and Elizabeth City Med Spa!
