I had been there about three times, haircuts were decent; however, I went yesterday July 8th to get my hair cut, I showed this lady the picture and she completely messed my hair up, the hair cut is all uneven, my hair is below shoulder length and she cut the shortest layer about 4-5 inches on the crown on my head, how does a professional hair stylist figure to do that. She told me “well hopefully it’ll grow” In addition to that I asked her if she was going to make me pay after what she did to my hair and she said “yes you have to pay but the only thing you can do is not come back”. Clearly I will never ever come back.
