Eliza is amazing, she helped me choosing the right color for my balayage and also suggested some awesome blow out techniques. She was so accommodating that she cancelled her commitments in order to take care of my services. I got a full cezanne keratin and a full balayage done on the same day , around 7 hours of services. She is very good with what she does and very detail oriented. Way to go Eliza !!

Eliza was amazing she was so sweet so understanding. I have recently have gotten the organic keratin treatment done to my curly hair. The results were gorgeous I fell in love with my hair embracing my curly and newfound straight hair. The keratin treatment was a 10/10!

Worst hair cut ever I had. Eliza is super rude to talk. She did not do the style what I asked for(layer + front fringes which I usually do) but she give me lecture on hair and disregard my request and cut my hair of her own choice and the result is like a bird nest. She cut my front hair in such a way she herself couldn’t manage to style properly with her dryer n hair straightener. Her experience doesn’t meet a salon criteria, her cuts is usual like any other cheap low standard barber. I would rather prefer a 12-15$ haircuttery instead of Eliza. I read few review and it is very true that she use the dyer air on very hot. But just wanted to mention hot air is bad for hair doesn’t matter it is coming from a Dyson or black n decor. But she does advertise you her hair products and chemical treatments and enforces you to use the services by telling few unlogical thing about your hair. Worst service and experience. Would not recommend.

Eliza is everything you could ask for in a hair stylist! She has years of experience and always keeps up to date with new trends/techniques and knows exactly what will look good on you. I always walk out of her salon with picture perfect hair! I went to her last year for the first time and she completely transformed my hair and since then, I always get compliments on my hair wherever I go, thanks to her! She knows what she’s doing and is an expert at balayage and hair coloring. She also takes a lot of time and care to make sure you look your absolute best and is very well organized, friendly, hospitable, and just amazing at what she does. Once you go to Eliza, you won’t want to trust anyone else with your hair, she’s the best!

When I called her she recommended me to visit in person for consultation since I had lot of questions, she patiently answered them all, she has a good understanding about the process and the products used. Service was mediocre. The hairdresser tends to use way too much heat during blow-drying. She almost burnt the skin behind my ear, although she did back off when I asked her to not use so much heat. She would certainly have damaged my hair if I hadn’t stopped her. Also, prices are quite high compared to service (85$ for shampoo + blow dry + simple trim (no layers or additional styling). I was charged 5$ extra because my hair is long (it’s mid back length and I had 1.5 inches taken off). Not coming back here. I had better experience at some of the salons in the Fair Oaks Mall.
