I was very disappointed when I went in for my appointment today. I have used this business in the past with great results and I have always left happy. Today was completely different. I called yesterday and scheduled an appointment at 11 am for a pedicure, manicure, and massage for three people. When we showed up today, the business was empty. The woman behind the counter said she scheduled us for 10. When my friends and I reminded her that we had corrected her on the phone to have an 11 appointment, she told us she couldn’t help us since we didn’t show up at 10. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

What I remember of the service is that I got a scrub/exfoliant, mask, hot towels, pumice, massage, and hot stones – hope I didn’t forget anything. It was such a relaxing experience as calming music played in the background and my chair massages my back. She did a wonderful job on the polish too. What I remember of the service is that I got a scrub/exfoliant, mask, hot towels, pumice, massage, and hot stones – hope I didn’t forget anything. Today was the first time I have been to this nail salon. I’m glad I did, you never know what great service you miss until one day you weren’t looking and it magically appears. I had very hideous nails done by a salon on Plank road. Kim did a beautiful job on my nails, I’m very impressed with her work and listening to my details.
