Love this salon and my stylist, but I was just shocked at the price increase I experienced. At my previous appointment in August, I was informed that prices were going to be increasing, but I never could have imagined to what extent. Basic shampoo and trim/cut used to be $65; today I was charged $108 for that! I was beyond stunned at this huge increase – just outrageous. I was expecting a $10-$15 increase. I suppose I should have clarified beforehand; I cannot justify this price going forward. Regardless of anyone’s budget, a $108 haircut is simply absurd.

I just visited Elixir for the first time and Maggie did a phenomenal job! She is thoughtful and gave me tons of advice for my hair. I cut off quite a bit of length and the finished product came out beautifully. Overall, the experience was wonderful and the price was reasonable. I will definitely come back and would recommend Maggie to others.

I loooooove Mindy!!! I followed her from another salon. She’s always on time. She always gets my cut and color just right. Never any complaints. The salon is clean, they always send me a reminder text about my appointment. I just love the way the salon works. There are no complaints. You get what you pay for and it is worth it. I highly recommend not only Mindy but the salon as a whole!

I got a hair cut here for the first time and it’s definitely my last. Costumer service is great, the girl who cut my hair was very nice and polite but my haircut was maybe one of my WORST ever. I couldn’t tell right when she finished because she styled my hair and couldn’t see how bad ” what was supposed to be layers” was. Terrible!!! I could’ve done better myself. I had bigger expectations because it looked like a really nice and professional place. Such a big disappointment!!! ….and it was pretty expensive too!

I have been extremely impressed with the procedures and policies they have implemented due to Covid. The owners took their time reopening to ensure they could provide a safe environment for everyone. I’ve been coming here for different salon services for over a year now and I am so happy to have found an Aveda Salon that has such kind-hearted and knowledgeable group of employees. They are a tad pricey but are competitive too. Everyone here does a great job. Kelsey and Tricia are my two that take care of me but everyone is so sweet. Also, the front desk employees are very welcoming and helpful!
