I haven’t been to a barbershop in the mall in a long time. We are new to the area so we were trying to find a shop we can go to and get my beard trimmed and lined up as well as get the boys some fresh cuts. It wasn’t a lot of customers there when we visited so we couldn’t get an idea of how the barbers cut. I got my beard trimmed and it was ok. I will probably go back until I find someone better. If you have some suggestions please feel free to share. I am in the Victoria area.

Do not bring your child here. This is not a kid friendly atmosphere. Brought my 9 year old son to his first barbershop cut. Thought everything went well Curtis cut his hair he wasn’t the most friendly however, once we were done. I Paid and gave a generous tip. I knew something was wrong by the look on my son’s face. I asked him what happened and he started to cry. He said he got a mouth full of hair and was trying to get it out. He ended up spitting a bit on the cape and Curtis started cussing. I am so upset right now. We will NEVER go back!!!!

First of all… what a shady business. After the cut the barber told my husband cash or Venmo only, so he had to go get cash. $100 for a kids haircut and a men’s haircut… just a haircut nothing special. No frills. TERRIBLE haircuts. My son’s hair is choppy on top and not blended whatsoever. I should have just done it myself. We will never be back.

I love Elite Barber Shop! All of the Barbers are GREAT, especially Bryan & Curtis! You can’t go wrong with any of them! They’re wonderful and the customer service is very nice!

I recently got a hair cut here and it was probably the worst haircut I have ever got. I leave it longer on top and the length is not even close to consistent on the top of my head. It looks so bad. I normally style my hair and I can’t because how bad it looks. I can’t believe I got this bad of a haircut from a barber shop. I would think twice before using this shop.

Usually, I have no problems with this barbershop. In fact, I hate that I’m writing a bad review. Today, I waited 4 HOURS for a walk-in appointment when there were 8 barbers at the shop. Truly wish they had a website to do bookings because I wouldn’t even bother walking in.

I brought my 2 year old in for a trim- told them just to clean it up. The barber ended up shaving his head. I kept telling him it was too short and her kept going. I ended up pulling him out of the chair. Then they said to pay at the front and that he only took cash.

They got some talented barbers. I loved the fade my barber gave me on the back. The beard trim was not so good. Didn’t maintain the symmetry on both sides. But overall it was good
