the worst nail shop! they don’t sanitize and are extremely rude. if there was a obtion of giving them a zero rating, i would give a 0- star. The worst customer service, including staff and management. Honestly was discussed by how they towels were dirty (smelled dirty) , and they still got upset because i asked if, towels were cleaned! Ladies go somewhere else, nails aren’t that cute here anyways.

My pedi was done okay. But my nails are just awful. Bumpy, uneven length, and the nail tech cut my skin in a few different areas when he was filing them down. The color and powder was going over the edge of my nails onto my skin. Chips in the gel itself. Just a horrendous job. I won’t be coming back here.

Came here for dip nails with extensions. First time at any nail spa in Texas. I went on a Monday, around maybe 3p, so it was not busy at all. I was seated immediately. The nail technician was professional and courteous. I did find it interesting that nearly every employee with a little free time came to our table, and not anyone else’s… haha So, I guess my nails must be weird looking. 😛

I had been a long time customer literally since they opened the doors. And as of today they have lost me completely. I went in last Sunday with my sister in law for a girls day and left completely horrified at the way our nails were done. Hers more than mine. We ended up having to go to another salon on our way home to get hers fixed. As of a week later (today) 2 of my nails have broken in half, to which I’ve had to super glue back on, they were done so thin I’m sure that’s partially the reason. And 3 of them are already lifting off my real nails. I asked for coffin and one of them is actually almond whole the others are I guess coffin.. and the tech cut me so much I walked out still bleeding. I’m horrified and disappointed that the quality has gone down so much. I used to defend this place and now I no longer can.

pedicure was under 20mins ! Definitely wasn’t worth $50 Told lady I wanted square shaped toe nails she gave me circle ! waited an whole 35 mins before my friend came to get her nails done just for them to start on her first and then had the nerve to over charge me the same price of nails my friend was gettin but she had way more stuff she was getting and mines was pretty much basic.! Then no one still didn’t come do my nails couldn’t even get an eta! Definitely will never be coming back . The only thing that was good was the drink and massage chair.
