Today I went to the Burlington,NC location to do my acrylic nails & pedicure and my over all experience was fantastic! They were very friendly and answered any questions that I had. It gets very full and walk-ins are welcome but I suggest making an appointment if you don’t want to wait. I found my new to go nail place!,very happy customer ❤️

do NOT GO HERE. first of all, they have absolutely no clue what they are doing in there. Wait time was ridiculous, had three different inexperienced people working on my feet, and the gel nail polish was not properly cured. Within 40 minutes of me leaving, I noticed my nail polish beginning to peel. I then noticed there was still a wet layer of polish underneath a seemingly cured layer. I have completely wasted my time and money here.

I have been multiple times over the years to Elite. I have had gel, dip powder, regular manicures and pedicures. I’ve gotten gel manicures 3 times and each time my nails came out either crooked, uneven, or messy. When I got home and used water or took a hot shower the gel peeled off every time. When I brought up this issue to them they dismissed it. I then transitioned to getting dip powder. Several times my nails came out crooked or the gel was overly thick and looked unprofessional. While the manicures have been somewhat satisfactory, I would highly discourage anyone from going to this salon based on poor quality service and poor customer satisfaction or interaction.

As a customer, I hate to feel like my business is an inconvenience or bother to a place of business! What should be a nice and relaxing experience, was quite the opposite. The bottom clear coat wasn’t allowed to dry, causing my nail color to “slip off” even after letting them dry under the drier for 30 minutes when I put my jacket on. Instead of taking his time, he rushed the process leaving me very unsatisfied with the finished product! I didn’t even waste my time asking them to fix it.

My daughter and I used to go frequently to this nail salon for pedicures. I went every 2 weeks for my nails too. My last visit there, an older female employee started screaming at me, in front of all the other customers, to get my “card out” and pay immediately. I always pay when I leave but I prefer to wait until MY NAILS ARE DRY before I go digging in my purse for my card. I will NEVER give them my business again. I was made to feel like a criminal because I wanted to wait for dry nails. I also didn’t really want to hand my card over to a total stranger.
