She arrived for her hair appointment and they told her that they don’t have her in there book. She shows them her confirmation on the phone and they just said sorry we can reschedule you a month from now? I guess with elite the customer is always wrong and they don’t respect there customers. I’m new to Franklin and needed a hair cut, and needed to get in for a same day appointment. Jennifer was able to set me up for that afternoon and gave me one of the best hair cuts I’ve had in a really long time! If you need a new stylist, she is great!

Not happy!! I only wanted about 2-3 inches off my hair. Gave free range of the layers to Jenn. My hair was in the middle of my back and now it’s to the top of my sholders in the back and a little longer in the front I told her that my hair is shorter than what I wanted! She took over 6″ off. I will not be returning to the salon at all. Do not recommend this salon.
