While visiting from NYC I was in search for a great manicure in Virginia Beach. After many mani fails I stumbled across this GEM! Hands down BEST MANICURE in the area! Staff was so friendly and even helped me choose the best red shade for my complexion. I will only go to Elite when in the area. LOVE LOVE LOVE them!

The beautiful young lady at the front desk was extremely professional, helpful and just a delight! She made sure we were comfortable and made to feel welcomed.
