I went in for a blonde balayage and came out four hours later with rust colored hair. Ok. So I went back the next day and told them my hair wasn’t what I wanted and the gal was really nice about rescheduling me so the girl who did my hair could fix it, awesome thanks! Two weeks later she gets me in, two hours after that and my hair is still rust colored with a few streaks of blonde. So 6 hours and two weeks and 150$ later and still no blonde balayage. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

This is an excellent salon. The staff is well versed in men’s haircuts and fresh styling. The manager, David, has always been very kind and very generous during my visits allowing me to get my hair just the way I wanted. Best salon in Spokane.

I use to get my hair done at elite salon but after having two horrible experiences with the owner/ or manager David, I stopped going. The first bad experience I had was when I was the last client of the day and I told him I was paying with credit and he shut down the machines anyways so I had to go to a atm to get cash! Which sucked but not enough to make me stopped. The last time I had an apt he called me to remind me if my apt the next day and when I told him I completely forgot and had something come up he demanded to know why I couldn’t come, then he called me back five minutes later to tell me I ruined the girls whole day..I never went back.
