Absolutely WORST experience of my life – they put bleach on my scalp and it was left on until I was tearing in pain. They said they were unable to get my roots blond enough and then proceeded to over -tone until my ends were purple. I left the salon with orange roots, purple ends and half my hair broken off. I can promise never to return here

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTo start off I wanted to say, my hair was fried. After multiple bleaches at home on my own my hair was done for. I had never personally been to a salon myself I always did my own hair at home, which is good and bad. I went into Elite salon and Fiona was very knowledgeable on everything she could possibly do to save my hair. I’m getting married next year and I need healthy hair. I went in just tochop off of about half my completely dead hair. She suggested a style that I absolutely love now. She couldn’t get rid of all my damaged hair because it would have been to short for my liking, but she said to come back after my hair grows a bit and she will take care of me.. She did a deep keratin condition on my hair and I can feel the difference after just one treatment… I’ll be back in the next few weeks to continue my treatment. I’m writing this review because I believe this salon is slept on. Random storm
I love this salon. I drive 45 minutes just to come here. Loann has been doing my 3 years. Recently she was on vacation and Sherleena did my hair. They are both fantastic. All of the staff here are friendly! I’ve also had a mani and pedi. All of their services have been great! The first time I came to see Loann my gair was very damaged. She was honest and told me she couldn’t color my hair the way I wanted…3 years later my hair looks great and is now the color I was looking for.

Loanne was amazing!!! She definitely took care of my sister and I today. As a first timer at a new salon, it’s always pretty scary to trust someone with your hair but Loanne made me so comfortable – she is 110% such a professional with so much love and passion for hair and making us women feel beautiful!! I was charged $60 even though it’s only $25 for pedicure and $30 for gel manicure, I even tipped her $10 out of courtesy though I shouldn’t have.The woman I had assigned to me seemed like she was in a foul mood and took it out on my poor toes. I’ve been going to The Elite Salon in Daly City for 10 yrs now and always getting my hair colors and cuts by Miss Chau Hinh. She always listen to what I have to say before giving her thoughts ( I always appreciate this about her ). Last year, I had surgery done on the mid top of my head, all my hair on the center part was shaved off. It finally grew back in, Miss Chau did a fantastic job at reshaping it back to my style, which I love so much. Thank you Miss Chau, for all your beautiful work.
