This is the only place I will go to have my nails done. Lilly and Henry have both consistently done an excellent job on both my daughter and my manicures and pedicures. They are kind and accommodating. They also are able to do fun designs that look really professional. Tonight, Mimi did my pedicure and she was also very good. I highly recommend getting your nails done here.

I got my nails done a week ago. This photo below is 4 days after I got my nails done. Cici did a horrible job. She is good at pedicures, but that is it. I asked for tips with pink gel (acrylic) and a white gel French. She did dip. I said it 5 times I didn’t say I wanted dip. She filed the dip off and did this. My nails look horrible. I won’t be going back. It looks like I need fill in’s and she missed parts of the nail with polish and the French lines are uneven.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityUpdate 2/16/2022:I have chose this place for the quality of work but after being overcharged twice for services I am saddened that I will not be going back to this place. Lily has overcharged me twice. I had a Gel polish change which she tried to charge me $35 dollars for and I had a friend call and pretend to be white and she told her that it was only $30, now both pictures below are from my last two services. The one with the silver polish (1/30/22) was just the polish change and the one with just the color I had done today, and she charged me an extra $5 dollars and said my nails were extra long. My nails are not even long. I am truly disappointed in the treatment I receive here. I tip Lily $20 for my usual $80 services of fill and pedicure. I have all of my cash app receipts. So, if you read reviews and you are black, please check the prices and see what you are really being charged for. This is a great place however it is not for me anymore. Now while some may think its just $5 that would be fine if my nails were actually “extra long” per the charges. and if I did not call to find out that a gel polish change is only $30. If you are going to charge me extra for anything please be sure the charges are valid. I do not mind paying for good quality, but lets be real my nails are not long.Update 5/2/21: This place is great however, I’ve come twice now and have had an appointment scheduled and had to wait 45-1hr to be seen. I’ve asked to not be scheduled for a time and have to wait. There was no apology given I was just expected to wait.Lily was amazing! I went to Elite Nails for my first time on 6/17/22. I scheduled an appointment online for later in the day after reading positive reviews and seeing pictures of really cute designs online. My nail tech was Lily. Despite reading really favorable reviews online about her she was not nice and rushed doing my nails – so much so that she only put clear polish on half of my thumb nail, and my thumb, pointer and ring fingers are not the same length after being cut down, my acrylic is thick, and there is a little space where the acrylic stops and my cuticle starts so it looks like my manicure is a week old an not a few days. Customers shouldn’t be treated like they are a burden or sized up and treated differently based on if they think you will give a great tip based on how you look or dress. This is an affluent area and you never know a person’s background. It’s always best to treat people how you would want to be treated. I had to ask if my nail tech’s name was Lily when she took me to her station, and when I asked if I could get a design I was quickly told, “no” because they don’t do designs right before the holidays. It sounded odd but I went with it and asked if they do them on other days and it felt like pulling teeth to get answers and like she barely wanted to talk so I just assumed that she didn’t want a new customer (which is fine since they seem to do well there). More importantly, I felt like she didn’t care if she did a subpar job on my nails. I was just quiet and let her finish up my nails. Everything was so fast and rushed and the whole process made me feel a little sad when I was just trying to do a little self care.The price for a acrylic gel fill-in was $50 and my basic pedicure with callous remover was $40 so the prices are fairly high.
