My experience was horrible. I booked an appointment and waited 50 minutes to be helped. Upon being helped, I was lightly cut with the electric file. I showed the lady who did my nails the design I wanted, and she didn’t know how to do it so I changed my mind. I asked for hearts instead, but those turned out bad too. I ended up paying $75 for something that looked bad. I left the salon feeling very sad and upset.

Critical: Quality, ValueUpdate:BOTCHED.When I wrote my review the salon commented that they would like to “make me happy” … I am not.After 5 years of having artificial nails I had to have them completely removed and I was horrified: their removal protocol left my natural nails disfigured .They offered 50% off the removal procedure.Ultimately they removed the chunky dip nails for free but greatly damaged my natural nails in the process.My nails are PAPER THIN in some places while nastily gauged in others likely from when they tried to remove the cuticle using the drill.Please do not trust them with a drill!If you get acrylics or dip regularly I’d stay away if you want to keep doing artificial nails for a long time. If the nail tech does this to you every few weeks you will have no natural nails left and you can be left with painful nails or worse, left with no nails and techs who won’t service you since you have nothing to file or apply product to.2nd strike.1st strike: I asked pedicurist to not cut my nails. She did that for one half of one toe. I tried to sit back, relax and not micromanage but I suppose she didn’t understand. The result were two bruitilized big toes that turned into curved and painful ingrowns! Podiatrists would hate this salon.2nd strike: I wanted Halloween themed acrylics. The design got changed 3 times in the process because the lady wasn’t confident. OK. But The result was a $75 set of chunky streaky, rough, jagged dip nails. IMHO they look nasty but I’d don’t want to pay another place to fix it so I’ll keep them till Halloween is over…. I am a good customer: I tipped $5 to each woman all three times (3rd was when I had to go back the next day to get the edges filled smooth) but you don’t get good service even if you tip. Highly recommend this place! I called here after trying a bunch of other salons not having much hope, but they were super accommodating and got me in for a mani/pedi 1hr after I called. It was small and cozy, and both the nail techs that worked on my nails were sweet and did an awesome job. It really helped me relax after a rough week and I’ll definitely be back.

A terrible experience. I will never come here again. A simple ombré fill. If they don’t know how to do it, it’s fine I can do all 1 color but paying $55 for splotchy. No I did not leave a tip because I was not satisfied & just wanted to leave. I wanted to find a good salon closer to home but now I have no problem driving an extra 20 mins to a place where I know I will not be disappointed with the outcome. If no stars cause was possible definitely would do that option. Uneven & horrible.

Went here for walk in pedicures on a Saturday to try a new nail spot and was not disappointed! The organic signature pedicure was excellent and very reasonably priced. I loved their massage chairs too! Very relaxing. Will definitely be coming back

The owner of this salon put his body on me to obstruct me from leaving after forcing me to pay for a service I didnt request. It was a horrible experience. I gave the right payment that would be without all the extra services the manicurist attempted to charge me for. I came in for a gel manicure and the manicurist didnt hear a word I was telling her about me requesting a deluxe manicure because I have carpal tunnel syndrome and I had a lot of pain in my hands so thats where I wanted her to concentrate. She just kept nodding her head the whole time and didnt even confirm anything I was saying but the deluxe part. Well she put my hands in parrafin wax then walked away to have her break. Only massaged my arms and was about to finish the whole thing when I asked her about my hands she just said sorry and massaged my hands for a couple of minutes all together. The owner got very aggressive with me and the whole thing was chaotic. One of the other ladies had to hold him back because he looked like he wanted to hurt me over 15-20 bucks more. It was insane. Before this I was already very annoyed because I knew the manicurist wasnt listening to me at all which was a huge fustration that she didnt even bother to stop and confirm or even feel bad at the end. I dont think she really cared about my situation and why I wanted my actual hands pampered. He literally followed me to my car and took a picture of my vehicle but the old lady thought he was going to hit me. I wasnt saying anything. I tried to remain calm. The only thing I did tell him is that he lost a customer but did he want to go to jail!? Because I didnt provoke him. I will never come back here nor do I recommend.
