This is my first time coming here. The salon was nice and clean. The massage chair actually gave a massage. the service was fast but i didnt get what i asked for when it came to the color i asked for but i do like the color. I also asked for square round and didn’t get that either. However the gel polish started to peel this morning. Since i paid over $80 id expect for the gel to last at least 2 weeks not 6 hours. Look at the pictures you can judge the quality for yourself. Smh!

Love this salon and will be back. They take their time and are skilled with specialized services such as designs, and organic pedicures. They staff is nice and meticulous with their work. Definitely my new place when I am in the area.

I had a great time getting my nails done here! The only issue was that my nail tech was a bit rough at times, and the skin on the side of my nail on two nails was bleeding a little bit once I left. I still plan to visit again, as the nails look fantastic! Manicure, Gel manicures, Polish removal, French manicures

First time lady messed up my eyebrows and my skin broke out. It’s taken two months to recover. Second time the main guy did my nails and I got the worst skin burning I had to pull them out that very day. The tools he used seemed dirty af, so many people come here. Good for them, but buyer beware. Also the up selling is very annoying.

I really don’t understand what the high reviews are about, this place is a rip off! Mediocre at best. Charging $40 extra to sit in a weak massage chair. A kids mani/pedi was supposed to be $15, charged $51! Oops she sat in the massage chair the nail tech directed her to. Oh sit down grandma get a pedicure, reluctantly agree, tried to upswell to the most expensive package, like no mam, it’s 6:30pm I don’t want to be rushed, you won’t be rushed. Ok agree, to the $35 package, oh get festive let me give u a flower $5 each toe, ok thinking $45, never agreed to get nails done, when feet were almost done she slips my hand in the water bowl, I’m like guess getting a manicure, all I received was a mediocre manicure and clear polish charged $83 for sitting in a massage chair you directed me to sit in, my daughter who got a med full gel set was charged $65, get to the register charged $199 WHAT THE WHAT! I wanted to dispute the charges, but my daughter didn’t want me to get confrontational, so, she reluctantly paid but VOWED NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS OVER PRICED PLACE! Believe me I don’t mind paying for services, but I’ve gotten my nails done in a massage chair in an actual upscale nail salon, when I actually got nails put on my hands & tips on my feet to be charged in the $100+ but to get NO POWDER ON NAILS ON HANDS or TOES & charged all that to sit in a weak chair( mall chair massager better than this place) , was your explanation for the up charge. NEVER AGAIN! Get caught slipping, I asked for the price before starting services, reason so upset, had my daughter so, upset was in tears. And she was rushed, even though she had an appointment. If you want to leave when store closes, don’t set appointments close to closing.

Ehhh it’s okay. I was trying to use them as my regular salon but it’s just not giving. I always have to tell them to fix my nails when they’re so called “finish” like I know they see that it is messed up and they’re just going to let you walk out looking crazy if you do not say anything. So now I’m on a quest to find another nail salon but I will definitely use them as a backup salon since it’s 5 mins from the house. Their lil rewards program is good, you can save $10 after a certain amount of points!
