Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueKind of hit or miss spa. Not going back after I received backlash for coming in to get my set fixed because I didn’t like the Ghostface she did. She rushed MY session because another woman had somewhere to be. I had time but was basically being pushed out the door. went in today a little after lunch and asked for acrylic nails so they started doing them and they prepped my nails (drilled them) and they only did one hand and like 2 fingers on my right hand. anyways i leave and get in my car and i accidentally hit my hand on my seat and if popped off. so then i go back and they redo it. then a little around 5 i got my dinner and while i was eating a different nail popped off. i paid $60 for nails when i coulda got the same thing at the dollar store.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst time here they booked u for the same day witch was good. They had an other group in when we got their so we had to wait in-between the group and getting our nails done for only 2 people working late that day they were awesome and now I know what I want and my daughter so will be going back again and u don’t have to call in I can also walk in to.
