I went to Kelly and had a fabulous milk and honey pedicure with a neck massage. I took my necklace off and put it in my lap. After the very relaxing massage, I forgot about my necklace! I didn’t realize it was missing for two days and called the salon today, and they found it! There are still good honest people in this world! Thank you so much for caring about your customers and their valuables. I tried to offer them money as a reward and they refused and told me absolutely not. Just come back to us for your services. I told them I absolutely would and am leaving a review!! ❤️❤️❤️

I came here to get dip nails. First, when I picked my color, they came back and said they didn’t have it and helped me find one that was similar. Once she actually got it on, it was not the same color I’d asked for at all (wanted shimmery champagne and got chunky gold glitter). I showed her before starting my finger that had a sore spot on it and she said okay, but when it came time to file, she squeezed it seemingly even harder than the other fingers. The manager (I assume) was going around standing right over their shoulders for several minutes each while working on customers’ nails. It made me feel uncomfortable, seemed to make my nail tech uncomfortable, and even another nail tech commented when she moved over to him that she was making him nervous. When she was finished she felt a bump on one finger and instead of actually fixing it, tried to pick it off with her nail and then just left it. Once I left and actually could see to inspect them, I noticed several fingers that the color did not go all the way on the side of the nails, a few were misshapen (lopsided), and some chunks of color on the sides of my finger on the skin. It was unsanitary actually dipping my fingers into the container of powder that they use on everyone rather than brushing or pouring. The application was also very thin, which is why it’s not surprising that I already have chips out of three nails only a week later. They barely spoke a word to me while I was there, and they also seemed to be being rude to some traffic surveyors that were working outside their business.

I have been going to Elite for 4 years now. I am always beyond happy with the attention to detail with my nails and pedicures. Today was my first time getting a lash extension fill and was extremely happy once again. Everyone that works at Elite is personable and helpful in every way! Highly recommend!!

i used to go here all the time up until 2 weeks ago. i went in to get my nails done, and the lady that did them was in such a rush, she didn’t soak my nails off. instead, she used a nail tip and ripped the powder off of my nails. she ripped HALF of my left pinky nail off, broke a bunch of other ones, and ripped part of my right thumb nail off. i was bleeding everywhere, and she knew i was in pain and did/said nothing about it. instead she just slapped tips on my nails and kept going. when it came time to pay i was still charged full price, plus an additional $5 for a “soak off” for my nails. needless to say, i’m still very upset about it. this lady is at the first table on the left side. i will not be returning unless i have no other option, and she will not be touching my hands again.

Well, last night I got this pedicure. My friend was 1/2way done before I got started, but what I’m upset with is I didn’t just get nicked (cut) once, but twice.. and the one on my middle toe hurts so bad that it hurts to wear socks. And if you noticed the paint job, that was actually the second try, by someone who didn’t feel the first try was good enough. And I had to pay full price for this experience btw.

The nail technician was good but the nail technician next to her was rude, when I was trying to decide the type of nail, the nail technician next to the one that was actual doing it, got involved and she was very rude and owner supported her actions. I have beautiful powder dipped nails and pedicure from this spa. We had set an appointment and as soon as we walked we was escorted to the pedicure chairs. They have a menu to choose from of the many treatents they offer. So much to decide from. Drinks ate offered also. My nails were done while I was getting a pedicure. This is a win if you are in a hurry but not as relaxing. Honestly waited a few days to write a review to see how well my nails held up to my daily chores. They are still perfect and I get compliments on them. Staff was friendly even though there is a language barrier. The whole atmosphere is calm and everything is very clean. I personally loved my experienced here and will be going back.

Elite Nails is probably one of the biggest nail salons I’ve been to. They have 15 pedicure stations, 4 children pedicure stations, and probably about the same amount of manicure stations. It’s a very modern and beautifully decorated location; really does feel “Elite” with its crystal chandeliers and flat screen TVs. Although ambience can play a small factor, I’d much rather go to a nail salon that offers better prices and does a better job than a nail salon that just looks pretty.
