I have been going to elite nails for over 2 years now, but the last service that I had done (tonight) finalize my decision to find a nail tech elsewhere. Lily is great at what she does but she makes slick remarks or add additional charges if she feels like you won’t tip enough I ALWAYS tip well, especially if the nail art is tedious. I asked if it could be done and she stated yes, and she in fact delivered what I wanted. It was the rudeness and adding a few dollars to my bill that did it for me.

Good prices. Quiet atmosphere. Andy did my nails and I love them. I got dipped nails and it has almost been a week. My only complaint is that he glued my finger and undernail together on 3 fingers and my thumb tore leaving a cut under the nail that hurt for 2 days and my nails are a little dull looking on a few fingers five days in.

The guy who did my nails was very nice. However these nails are probably the worst looking set I’ve ever had. They’re textured, each nail is uneven and looks different, they’re all crooked and incredibly bulky. I asked for purple French tips with butterfly stickers, with the tip included my price was $75. I’ve never been so dissatisfied with a set of nails before to the point where I’ve felt the need to get them fixed at another salon until now. Although the employee was nice, I can’t see myself ever coming back here.

I haven’t been here in a while but I only ever came for french tips and some christmas nails. They did not disappoint. The french tips were perfect for my strict school uniform. The christmas nails were also great. They payed attention to detail and took nail art to the next level. I was very happy with my set. All i had to do was show them the picture and they executed it perfectly. They do take a long time and it was a while to be seated but other than that great.
