I called for a pedicure appointment,3,4, 5- ish .was given a5:30. I showed up at 5:20 and already got attitude.I waited til almost 6 to be seated.ok I could see they were busy. Sat down and got scolded for wanting gels at 1 hour before closing time. My manicurist kept mumbling to herself in her language and after a while everyone was making angry sounding comments .All of the other clients were gone by the time I was finished,they were mostly cleaned up. Then one of the other ladies came and sat next to me, making her angry sounding conversation ( in a foreign language).

Don’t get eyebrows waxed. The owner -rushing – dripped wax on eyelid and side of my face. She pulled wax off, but burned my eye area and pulled off a mole. Eye swollen. It’s scabbed now, so it stopped burning. She also took too much off my left eyebrow, so my brows are uneven.

Went in on a whim didn’t have to wait, my nail technician was really attentive and made sure I liked the shape of my nails he did did a great job and the other staff was friendly. My job is very tough on nails and even my coworkers mentioned their surprised none of my nails have broken or chipped after nearly a month. Their prices are very fair and the salon is kept very clean. I fully intend to be a repeat customer.

Critical: Quality, ValueI have gone here a bunch of time for eyebrows and manicures and pedicures and once I got tips put on. Always a pleasant experience and the owner is so nice. I recently went for dip. I walked out to the parking lot and noticed the gel peeling up off my nails. I went back in and she fixed it and went on with my night. The next day 3 nails had the top layer of gel completely peeled off. Then when I showered the dip on the other nails started lifting and breaking, some by my hair getting stuck in it and breaking it. It’s been 3 days and half of these are totally chipped off. I’ve never had that happen with dip before. Normally after a few weeks an entire dip nail will maybe come off or they’ll start growing too long but this was the biggest waste of time and money. They weren’t very busy when I came in, but it seemed like they were rushing. The polish on several nails still wasn’t dry after 20 min in the dryer and got smudged when I had to leave. An acrylic popped off 3 days later, and when I went to have it repaired, they were definitely rushing me. The technician didn’t match the nail length to my other hand, didn’t file off the extra acrylic from under the nail, and didn’t paint it the same color. When I pointed it out, I was told it was close enough. Same struggle with polish taking forever to dry because it was so thick. Only positive, they didn’t charge for the repair.

customer service is great but pricing is a bit to much , a refill with gel polish is 37$ for short nails but is also the same amount as full set with gel for longer inch . i paid 67$ for full set w/ gel and pedicure for long length came back 2 weeks later and paid 62$ with refill w/ gel and pedicure . gel shouldnt cost 21$ that is a bit much for polish that is chipping a few days later

I just moved into the area and needed a place to quickly get a mani/pedi for myself and a pedi for my boyfriend before the holidays. We were pleasantly surprised to be seated as soon as we walked in and the staff was extremely friendly and sweet. The service was amazing and the price was lower than many nail salons I’ve gone to. The salon is very clean and decorated with chandelier’s, comfortable massage chairs and have a center nail bar in the middle. I was also offered a mamosa and snacks during my service, it’s the small things like this that make them stand out and a place that I will return again soon. I found my new nail salon.

This nail salon was the best I have been to since I’ve moved to New Orleans. Even while busy the technicians take their time and did a truly phenomenal job on my gel mani and spa pedi. Don’t be fooled by the outside of the building, the place is very glamorous inside and Heidi was amazing!

Worst place ever! Got them done yesterday and noticed the lady didn’t put enough glue on or even acrylic! A very thin layer when I complained about it she said “we know what we do” obviously not because two nails have broken off today and I just got them done yesterday! I should of stuck to lavish day spa!
