The customer service here is horrible, if I ask to rest my arm, it shouldn’t be an issue. I’ve been to PLENTY of nail salons and I am able to rest my arm. My sister was able to rest her arm at this same nail salon with a different nail tech. My nail tech got mad because my arm keep moving, girl my elbow hurt, that’s why I asked to rest it.

I got my nails done today and they are so smudged. I usually come here and they are constantly upping the price for the length I get squared long nails and they charge like $7 extra for my length. My nails were extremely rushed. They are really aggressive when it comes to buffing the mail. Acrylic nails

No No No No! Customer beware!!!! Over price alert! Went in for a mani and pedi. I wanted the nice pedi which menu listed as $60 they charged $62. I picked out regular nail polish but the whole time the tech kept saying you do gel, it much better. Over and over again. I said no 4 times. She kept insisting it better, it last longer, you like better! Finally I said okay. They charged me an additional $20 for gel polish. $82.50 for a decent 25 min pedicure. IDTS. In the past I’ve paid an additional $5 for gel polish but $20 extra. The manicure was done by a very nice woman and I had originally picked out regularly polish for my hands as well but the woman who did the pedicure I guess told the nail tech that I was getting gel on my hands as well. I still didn’t know/realized at this point that they would also charge me another/additional $20 for my nails. It’s a scam and ripoff IMO. Yes I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, Consumer Protection Agency, Bureau of Consumer Protection, and with MS Attorney Generals office for consumer protection and unfair business practices. My guess this isn’t the first time they have harassed and bullied a customer into spending more money. I believe it is their standard operating procedure, their business model. I was shocked and outraged when I got my total. The manicure which is listed for $17 cost me $37. Pedicure should’ve been $60 but cost me $82.50. Neve ever again! Please get in writing what services you want and the total fee upfront with this business and be very clear you do not want any additional service even offered. I wonder just how many other people have had this issue with Elite Nails. Or am I the only sucker?

Took My wife to pamper herself for her birthday. They did a horrible job and her nails lasted 5 days and started to break. She also did her toes first and was there 3 hours getting nails done. So she thought her toes shouldn’t been dry by than. When she left she came home and took off her shoes to find out all of her toe nails got ruined. Don’t understand how that happened if she was there 3 hours before putting on her shoes. We where extremely disappointed especially being her birthday and paying so much.

I specifically said I wanted just nail polish-not gel but they really forced it. I hated the color and it was so thick on my nails. It has taken me days to get rid of the gel and my nails are damaged. I just moved here from Chicago-so not a novice. I wanted a mani /pedi with polish. It was $130.00 and I hated the manicure-the pedicure was ok. Again coming from Chicago-I expected better. I will definitely look for a new place or have my nails done when back in Chicago.
