I wish I had read all of the reviews before going here but it was the absolute WORSE service I ever received. The male arrogant nail tech cut toe nails crooked, got an attitude when I told him please even them out. He did the same with my index finger and I reminded to please even it out. He got upset with me and said you’re just having a bad day! He actually made me cry. I tried to leave but some other older male tech finished the gel manicure. Nail salons are suppose to be relaxing but I never felt so awful in all my years of getting nails done. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Ann did a good job with the pedicure but the other girl was terrible. Left with nail polish flaking off my nails. $43 for dip nails but doesn’t include cuticles or cleaning?! $10 extra if you want clean nails before getting them painted. Won’t be back.

The word ‘Spa’ should be removed immediately – they are a nail salon – any place that allows their employees to scream across the room to another is not a spa or professional. Linda and Gigi are excellent nail technicians they truly care about your nail health are friendly and professional the others seem to regress to some open market where the loudest individual sells their wares. The music is loud obnoxious and does not reflect their clientele.

I always make an appointment, and they ALWAYS make me wait. Today, after 20 minutes, I finally got into a chair, and then my pedicurist flooded the floor, so I got to watch him clean that up for 10 minutes while I sat in a chair with my wet feet on the seat and my knees up to my chin so he could switch out the sink bag, etc.

My mother goes here to get her nails done and she likes it. She says that the girls that work in there and the stuff in general are very professional and professional and all seem to do a very good job. I noticed the price the other week when I picked her up to have her nails done and her toes done was about $73. I don’t know if that’s a good price or not but that’s a manicure pedicure fake fingernails and painted toenails. She always gets change and tips the main girl that does her nails 10 and then the other 2 people 5 and 5. It seems pretty clean and As of May 2022 people were still wearing their masks. I think that the policy is if you’re vaccinated as you don’t have to wear a mask. This is a great location right on right on Sheridan and flamingo in the Southwest corner of the fresh market plaza. There’s also a gas station in the same plaza. A shell station. There is also and Ihop a chicken kitchen and I think another place to eat or 2 and a large gym located in the same plaza. Lost more to explore in this plaza plaza I cannot mention everything that’s there.

I went to THU for years and she was fabulous. Yesterday I went for the first time in a long time. Young man was very nice, but experience was awful. He count find the color I chose. He completed a gel mani and pedicure in 45 minutes. I never felt so rushed and dismissed. No massaging at all. Horrible job on the cuticles and my nails look awful! I will not be returning.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAlex was great! Super gentle with my nails and I have been to so many who were much more careless. He also was very professional and didn’t complain or roll his eyes when I told him I wanted a different color on each nail. I highly recommend this establishment and will be going there from now on.
