Critical: QualityThey treat you nice, but the service is horrible, not professional at all. You pay the full price and come out with a really bad service. Very disappointed. I got a eyebrow washing and she burned my skin. She didn’t clean my toe nails properly and doesn’t put the polish nail on the edge of the nail. I got a gel service on finger nails and you can see on the picture, the polish nail goes over the skin. They treat you nice, but the service is horrible, not professional at all. You pay the full price and come out with a really bad service. Very disappointed. I got a eyebrow washing and she burned my skin. She didn’t clean my toe nails properly and doesn’t put the polish nail on the edge of the nail. I wanted to get my nails done before my wedding so I could get used to them. The salon is nice and roomy. The staff is friendly and smiling. However, the woman that did my nails wasn’t very nice. She barely said 2 words to me. My nails turned out pretty but she kind of rushed through them left them very lumpy. They aren’t smooth at all and I can see the air bubbles in the gel. She didn’t do any of the hand massage stuff that they’re supposed to do. She only did a pile of oil at the very end and left me very oily and greasy. I feel that I will have to go somewhere else to have it done again and fixed. I won’t be going back in there.

Just okay. I was done very quickly. I got there about 7:15p & was done before 7:40p. Some of my nails were uneven, the paint job was bad, & the design on my two fingers was sloppy. I won’t be going back.

I asked to Book an appointment online. They got right back to me. I needed a terrible French Manicure either repaired or totally redone. Vincent fit me right in. He took the time to remove all of them for me and replace with the best French Manicure I’ve seen. THANK you Vincent for taking the time to listen to me and for my beautiful nails.

Instead of soaking my nails for a few minutes and gently removing the gel polish, they aggressively attempted to scrape off my polish and then proceeded to use the power drill filer to sand off my nail beds. I stopped the manicure immediately and just had my nails cut and filed with no polish. The cut and file was jagged and not neat, each of my nails are different lengths and my nail beds are extremely sore. They didn’t clean out from under my nails. I then asked for a massage to try and take the edge off of the horrible manicure. What followed was the most uncomfortable massage I have ever received which they convinced me to get “15” minutes instead of ten before they started and they didn’t use a timer; i’d be surprised if they spent 10 minutes. They shouldn’t offer massages if they are that terrible and they don’t have a massage chair. they charged me $35 to not get my nails done.

They have poor manors and they were very rude when they asked me if I wanted my nails done simply because I asked how much. Also I’m sure everyone knows that they talk about us but when they start pointing at your feet or nails and laugh then look at you and start to stare at you it becomes very uncomfortable so they had poor service and manors as well as the prices are outrageous.

Saturday afternoon, just after Thanksgiving, I went to my appointment with Elite for a gel fill, a new holiday color, a much-needed pedicure, and a hot stone legs and feet massage. As with many, I just needed some “me” time. My technician was (and always is) Helen, who made me feel welcome with a big hug. I was also greeted by Vincent, Helen’s husband; Mai, Helen’s Mother-in-Law; and Lisa, a dear friend and, also, a nail tech. I love to be spoiled, and eventually left there, feeling as though I were a princess. I love the people at this salon. I have even scheduled all of my appointments, a year in advance, as I want to be certain to be seen within my hectic schedule and Helen’s. Thanks to the wonderful people at Elite!!! I am a forever customer!
