Critical: QualityI’ve been to this nail salon twice and had two completely different experiences. First time was great, nails were beautiful. The second time around, I showed the nail tech a design, she seemed hesitant so I showed her another much simpler one to which she said, “Oh yeah I can give you that!”Fast forward 45 minutes, they look like HORRIBLE. Like, I was shocked. The other nail techs even walked over and saw the photo on my phone of the nail design I originally wanted and they all laughed at her. Personally, I don’t think it’s funny. It was a waste of both my money and time. I asked her to redo them and just give me a black tip french manicure, which she does fine. Fast forward a few days, I’m literally just lying in bed and notice one of my nails is cracked in half. Didn’t even realize it happened at first. She filed down the acrylic so much, because she had to redo her whole design, that they now are paper thin. I’m considering going back and asking for them to fix the nail at the very least, and possibly a refund, but I really don’t recommend the place. I’ve been to this nail salon twice and had two completely different experiences. First time was great, nails were beautiful. The second time around, I showed the nail tech a design, she seemed hesitant so I showed her another much simpler one to which she said, “Oh yeah I can give you that!”
