My mother has been a long time customer here to one tech in particular. Given her wonderful tips and gifts. With seemingly no cause she had been told quite harshly that thos tech no longer wishes to do her nails. That itself is fine but the attitude, tone and disrespectful nature ledt my mom in tears and confused. She is already self concious regarding her nails and it took a ot to find this place for her. They should have handled it better. ZERO STARS for customer service and care

However I have a different opinion… I came in with my best friends and none of us were really impressed with our nails plus they were beyond rude! There was a lady who came in with this puppy in a basket and set him in a chair that she could have set on the ground and they made my friend move out of her chair instead of asking the lady to put the basket on the ground. We just wanted to have a girl’s day since she just got home from the Navy and was fixing to go back but instead she had to sit across the room from my other friend and I so someone’s dog could have a chair. So this place was recommended by my stepmom and she loves this place. However I have a different opinion… I came in with my best friends and none of us were really impressed with our nails plus they were beyond rude! Nancy the owner of this salon will not speak to clients, and is very short tempered and rude. I over tip each time I go ($10 tip for a nail fill). Not once did I ever receive a thank you. Also, if you don’t hold your hand just right she yanks it around and grumbles loudly in her own language. I went about 8 times thinking they would be nicer once I became a regular client. But the last time I went I decided it wasn’t worth my time and effort to be friendly. Nancy is obviously NOT a people person and should not be in this business. Also, the shop is dirty and I doubt this salon will be around much longer. Hopefully someone new who knows customer service will reopen the shop.

Love it every time I go there. I get pedicures (manly ones) and it’s always friendly. They never try to rush me or seem impolite. Also the area is nice that I can always start some conversation with either the workers or a customer also their. Going back again and again.

Painful pedi— two different techs worked on my feet and they would not clip the corners of the big toenails all the way before they pulled it off. Today is the day after and my nail beds are tender, red, and puffy. (Not in an infected way, just in a nail trauma way). To be fair, they were friendly and the paint looks good— my gel mani looks nice. However, I will not return as this was a pretty unenjoyable experience.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE , they will over charge you and not even do what they are supposed ti do even when you tell them hey this isn’t right, they will say okay and keep going. I paid ten extra dollars to get the gel and they didn’t even provide it, she was rushing so she could go home. And then when I mentioned it to the manager or whoever it was they wouldn’t do anything about it. Really just go somewhere better becuase this place will rip you off and provide crappy customer service.
