Elite Nails of Avon Lake is a five-star experience from start to finish! I have been a loyal customer since Cindy and her husband, Hipp opened their doors (15 years ago.) Cindy, Emily, and the entire staff is both professional and friendly. They take pride in their work. They care and take the time to make sure their patrons are getting what they came in for. As always they make it work, was squeezed in right at opening this morning since my original appointment was rescheduled with Emily on vacay (I just couldn’t wait for my next week appointment because of work). Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI decided to give Elite Nails a try after reading such great reviews and having them recommended on FB. I walked in with no appointment the day after Valentine’s Day (so you know lots of people had appointments to get ready to go out later) and was told it would be an hour. I was okay with waiting and they even offered to let me sit in a massage chair while I was waiting! They were right on the money and got me started just about an hour after I walked in. I am not 100% who did my nails but I think it was Cindy, and she did a great job. I decided to give Elite Nails a try after reading such great reviews and having them recommended on FB. I walked in with no appointment the day after Valentine’s Day (so you know lots of people had appointments to get ready to go out later) and was told it would be an hour. I was okay with waiting and they even offered to let me sit in a massage chair while I was waiting! They were right on the money and got me started just about an hour after I walked in.
