Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got my lash extensions done at this place however the woman doing them did not listen to my requests for what I wanted done. She was being extremely rough with my lashes, pulling them out to the point my eyes were extremely irritated. She then proceeded to charge me for a service I did not request to have done. I got my lash extensions done at this place however the woman doing them did not listen to my requests for what I wanted done. She was being extremely rough with my lashes, pulling them out to the point my eyes were extremely irritated. She then proceeded to charge me for a service I did not request to have done. Terrible service. Do not recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came in and specified I wanted a nail REMOVAL. The business owners/employees kept offering me additional services and I kept politely declining. I only wanted my nails removed, I didn’t even care if they filed them, cut them or anything I just wanted my nails OFF. Anyway, they proceed by saying no it’s ok we can make them even and during the whole interaction I kept saying I only wanted my nails removed this is okay, and as I’m walking out the door they charge me 30 dollars for a service that was 10 dollars. I told her I said I only wanted my nails removed and she said “no you got a manicure” and I said well ok if I got a manicure I might as well add a color and she said “5 more dollars, only clear”. I came in and specified I wanted a nail REMOVAL. The business owners/employees kept offering me additional services and I kept politely declining. I only wanted my nails removed, I didn’t even care if they filed them, cut them or anything I just wanted my nails OFF. Critical: ValueMy 3 daughters and I went for girls night out. On Wednesday 1/20/21. First time since the pandemic closed everything. I’m a busy mom we never got around to going to get our toes done. When they lifted this last stay at home order. Me and my daughters age 19, 7, & 5 went to get our toes done. I was very disappointed that I was charged $30 for my 5&7 year olds pedicures And $40 for me and my 19 thy was the very basic pedicure. I know that they are trying to recover from the shut down but I don’t think it’s right to rip people off either. We all are suffering from the pandemic. They didn’t paint my 19 years toes very well looks like my 7 year old did it they didn’t spend much time on our pedicures I will never go back there again. My 3 daughters and I went for girls night out. On Wednesday 1/20/21. First time since the pandemic closed everything. I’m a busy mom we never got around to going to get our toes done. When they lifted this last stay at home order. Me and my daughters age 19, 7, & 5 went to get our toes done.
