I went to elite nails for the first time & I loved it so much. I was lucky because I got Brittney, who is the only one who does nails good. I went again 2 days ago. I had the most awful experience. I had Susan do my nails & she did AWFUL. she cut 4 of my fingers (by the cuticles) & didn’t even care . she didn’t compare my nails to one another to make sure they were even & so when I left before I went to my car I noticed they were all crooked & the tip of my pointer finger looks like it was glued crooked so I went in so they can fix it & they were all so rude to me. I am never going there again. my nail is already chipped they’re all messed up & they look ridiculous. the way all the girls huddled around me & were being rude to me was so embarrassing. they only care about going home early.

The best pedis in the bay. My friends all get their nails did here and rave about how long they last. My pedis have been known to last 3 months without chipping (I work a LOT and don’t get them as often as i want sometimes).

Great local nail shop where the owner remembers your name. They serve you tea or coffee while you wait for your services. They always update the decor with the seasons; which makes it feel that much more cozy. A wonderful place to have your nails or hair done!!

Always get great service. Kim, the owner, is very friendly and willing to accommodate and go the extra mile, in making appointments, or when I accidentally break a nail. They have a lot of different services- pedicures, manicures, salon hair services, waxing, etc. all in one place.

Just went today to get a gel manicure, the manicurist cut my finger open she was working on my cuticles. She took a decent chunk of skin off my finger. She then preceded to put a cotton ball on it and alcohol thus making it burn even more.
