I went into this business today to get some information for a large group. Both people working there were extremely rude. I was near the front door and the woman was asking me what I wanted from the very back of the room. I said that I didn’t want to yell across the business. The man in front then addressed me. I asked him about bringing a party of 11 people in for services. He told me they were the only two employees for the business. I asked for a pricing sheet to share with the other people in our group that would be coming in for service. He pointed to a list on the wall. When I asked my daughter to take a picture of it he rudely told her she couldn’t take a picture. It was empty in there when we went and I am assuming if they are that rude to everyone who comes in that is the reason. I would avoid this place at all costs. We ended up booking with Star Nails who seemed to be happy for our business.

I’ve been going here for probably 15 years – before they were at this location on Snyder Lane and Southwest Blvd., and they are excellent. They work very hard. They are family owned and have built their business up from scratch, making improvements on the salon every year. It looks gorgeous now. If you want to support a family owned business and get great, quality service, this is your place to go! :0)
