Have been getting my nails done here and only had my set for two months and when they took them off it was shocking to see green on two of my nails. They where so rude when I began to ask questions as to how this would happen and then to tell me I got water In them when none of my nails were broken or lifting. This place has the rudest people and their service is horrible.

Very nice staff, clean, a bit pricey. And I wish that they knew how to do more styles like coffin nails all that extra stuff lol but I see that they take really good care of their clients especially the elderly which I think is nice. Gets busy quickly, but parking isn’t so bad.

Well i had an appointment that i didnt make it on time to & the previous day i arrived 45minutes before closing time & the lady changed her mind about doing my nails so i was hoping that even though i was late, ill still be kicked to the front of the waiting line right. . .?? Nope! I had to wait @ the end. I thought that was bad business. Nails were done nicely though…w/my own colour that i brought w/me.

My hands and feet were in ghastly shape, before Elite Nails worked their miracles. I walked in on a Friday afternoon, and they were able to accomodate my schedule, and make me feel pampered and beautiful–all in time for my boyfriend’s birthday party. They are now my go-to when I am in town. I highly recommend the nail techs at this location.

The places was disorganized and slow in part because I didn’t have an appt.i changed chair 4 times was there for almost 3 hours. Got a soak off and new set. However the completed job was worth the wait and Moon who did most of the job did excellent. I’m new in Pasadena frome illinois. The nail scene is totally different here.
