I got acrylic nails done with Alex and he always offers to do a nice design on the nail and this time he had Halloween themed ones, he chose the design all I told him to do was make sure I had a black French tip. He chose the nail shape, and the French nail design as well and they came out amazing!!!!! I was literally the last customer and felt so bad for going in last minute but he still took his time on making the nail perfect and the design so cute. He didn’t just paint on the French tip, it’s all acrylic. I thought that was so cool! The only nail polish was the Halloween design and the clear coat on top. Love this place.

Paid $100 to not walk out with the nails I wanted. My set took two and a half hours because the man doing them kept walking away. After taking two hours you would think my nails came out spectacular but no. I have all different shapes and lengths. After two hours on shaping them he shorted them into stubs and cut my skin. He then asked if I still wanted a design OF COURSE MY ANSWER IS NO wasted so much time. Never been so unsatisfied with my nails. Don’t waste your money or time here

My mother wanted to treat my daughter and I to a relaxing nail treatment. My daughter got a set of nails which turned out very nice. We did find after we left there was a chunk of something stuck to the underside of 1 nail. We need to go back, but I’m very hesitant after my experience. My mother and I wanted regular polish. We went to the wall and the nail tech handed us a ring of sample polishes. We did not want shellac. We were sat at the chairs and offered water or sprite. I picked my color. In the meantime the 2 ladies were speaking to each other and not to me or my mother. I handed my Mom the ring of samples to choose. The ladies continued talking and my moms technician took the ring from her. We told her repeatedly my mother didn’t pick her color. She spoke but we couldn’t understand what she said. We repeated my mother didn’t pick her color. The lady then sat down and started the pedicure. We looked at each other wondering what is going on but said nothing further. We figured eventually she would let her pick a color. In the meantime, she made no communication with my mother just roughly nudged her foot when she wanted to do the other foot/leg. My lady spoke minimally but was more professional. She did have a device in her ear which she spent talking to someone most of the time. When she wasn’t on the phone the 2 women spoke to each other. Then my mother’s tech went and got a green polish and sat to paint my mothers feet. My Mom had said she was going to get a pink or red. She would never pick green. The lady spoke very little English but was able to tell us no. She repeated my Mom picked the same color as me. We continued to say no so & then she got the ring of samples and pointed you picked this one repeatedly. She got upset and got the manager who made excuses for her. No apology was ever provided by the tech. We went to dry the polish and other people saw her upset and said her body language was as if she was complaining about us. This would make sense by the way we were treated. So we got no apology from the tech and they did nothing to try and make it right. I told them an apology from the lady and the manager acknowledging she was not professional would be appropriate. They considered to smile, shake their heads, and say we just want you happy. So $150.00 later we were unhappy and treated rudely. There was no real effort to make this right. They treated us as if we were wrong when their employee argued that we didn’t know what we wanted. Yes, in the next breath they said she had issues speaking English. The disconnect was not with us she simply should have said she misunderstood and made it right. You don’t argue with a customer an repeatedly tell them what they said.

I was so impressed Inso as I walked in the Nail Salon; it’s Very Clean, Refreshing atmosphere, the staff are all welcoming the customers as you walk in and sit done on your massage Chair. The Nail Technician was polite and kept asking if thing were ok with me on service offered something to drink and pricing was very reasonable. Leaving my other Nail Salon of 8 years and Elite Nail Salon Gained a new Customer

My 75 year older sister and I came in on Sunday afternoon. She wanted a full set of nails and I wanted a pedicure. We were asked if she wanted regular nails or gel. I said regular with French manicure. The tech did a French manicure on her natural nails and acted like it was our fault when she told him she asked for a full set of nails.. She really has no natural nails! We were told we had to pay for the manicure and a full set. Plus the tech never returned to complete the job. Some one else had to do it. I guess he was still upset. We will not return! Bad customer service. It was a misunderstanding and language barrier. He exploded in his own language and stormed off. We kept our composure! My manicure went well, but
