This was our first visit. The shop is clean. We did not have an appointment, so the wait was a little long. With that said, we had an excellent experience. The gentleman who did our nails made sure we were taken care of. I am grateful he took my daughter and I back at the same time. We love our nails

Have been getting my nails done for maybe two months here. Yesterday evening I went in to get two nails fixed that had lifted off. They said they were too busy and to come back later. I asked if I could make an appointment for the next day and she said they don’t do appointments. I showed up next day over lunch to get them fixed and she told me they were too busy to come back later. I said I could tonight after work and she said they were too busy with appointments that day. I said should I come back tomorrow then and she said no too busy tomorrow too. I asked about Thursday and she said no too busy. I said you don’t want me to ever come back and she said maybe next week. They just didn’t want to fix their nails that broke.

Got a pedicure, they charged me $15 extra for gel nail polish on a $50 pedicure and then charged me $5 to take off my previous nail polish. So my pedicure was $70, not $50. The pedicure was okay, the woman kept using her thumb nail to scrape off nail polish on my toe and it hurt. The water was cold. The whole time flies are landing on me. I had gotten a fill here before from Johnly who did an amazing job and made me feel respected about my nail polish choice, he even let me take my time and it was $45. This time when I came I got a young woman who seemed really upset. She first took my swatch out of my hands and told me “we don’t have any of these colors” then, after I told her I got my pedicure done with a color from that swatch she gave it back and I chose 4 colors from it, she grabbed the wrong color. She cut me on my pinky after burning me twice with a grinder tool. Then she charged me $50 instead of $45. I just feel like for $120 not including a tip I could have gotten way better service somewhere else.

I have come to this place for years and it’s just getting worse. Every time you make an appt you don’t actually get started for an hour. People have things to do. Do not set appts so close together and lack attention to your customers. On top of that I’ve had my nails started and been made to sit with a half job for over an hour and a half. I don’t know why I keep coming back. The wait time when making AN APPOINTMENT AT SET TIME is ridiculous.

Wasn’t a bad experience, but my nails chipped really bad after 3 days (gel). When I called to get them fixed I was told I would have to do a walk in and wait. I did that, waited about 45 mins. I asked to do a full color change (not a full manicure). I was charged $35 for this and the polish job is pretty bad. Definitely won’t be going back.
