I was welcomed upon walking in even when it was really busy. My nails were started within 10 minutes! When I showed the picture she was very confident. Amazing! It was my first time at Elite (I used to go somewhere else but I had a bad experience and wanted to try a different salon). I was welcomed upon walking in even when it was really busy. My nails were started within 10 minutes! When I showed the picture she was very confident. They turned out beautiful and were cheap for a 10 nail design! I will be returning for all of my acrylics!

I went here for the first time with my stepdaughter on August 6, 2022. We went to get our nails done for her grandpa’s (my FIL) memorial services. When the lady asked what was wanted, I said I really needed my cuticles/nail beds cleaned up. She put reading glasses on & said no problem. What would I like. My stepdaughter pushed for dip, something I’d never had done & did not understand.

The 1st couple of times my daughter and I went here, I was feeling like they were a bit racist because everytime we would get our nails done, we were the ones who had to get up out of our seats when they had appointments coming in. I was being understanding like ok. People who have appointments should be seen. Ok cool. Fast forward to a month ago. I was the only person there wanting to get my toes and nails done. They did my toes but when she was almost done, a few women came in to get their toes and nails done but they didn’t have appointments. When the lady finished my toes, I thought that she was going to do my nails too. Nope, she didn’t! Instead she told me to have a seat and someone will come and do my nails and she went on to do someone elses nails. 45 minutes passed and I’m still waiting on someone to do my nails. The people who were coming in after me was seen and gotten their nails and toes done and I’m still waiting to get my nails done. Not 1 technician checked on me or anything. When I got up and told them I have to go the only thing they said was ok, sorry. From that moment on, I realized that they’re racist! The times I’ve been here, I’ve been treated so differently the others. I will never go back here again!
