I went in on Monday and had my old set of nails soaked off. I decided to go with the dip set this time. Tuesday one of them broke. It was repaired. By Thursday, two more nails broke. Those were repaired, but bulky, different shade, and awkwardly shaped. Friday another one cracked. I called in and was told they would repair at anytime that day. I went in and was told I would have to wait 30 minutes. I have been hot this shop 4 times this week! Ridiculous.

Critical: Quality, ValueWhen I went in today, they had 2 new workers. The girl seemed irritated! She half did my manicure and didn’t correctly do my pedicure. The new bald head man did a horrible job with my overlay so I just asked him to stop there because I wasn’t satisfied! They still wanted me to pay full price!!! The old employees know me, and didn’t stand up for me or anything. I told them that they would never get a penny from me again! The service was a terrible. Would’ve rated it a 0 if I could! Sn: Their gel polish brand is a cheaply made one. I believe they over charged me. I had a regular pedicure on the plastic sheet it said 35.00 and then I had a polish on fingers they were both gel polish. Yhat can’t me more than 25.00 but they vharged me 81. I tried to get a straight answer on all charges but got the run around.

Good experience, I didn’t get the name of the tech, but I should have. Finally I found someone who cut my nails just the way I wanted them. Several months ago I went there and had a horrible experience. I’m glad I was convinced to try them again.

My family and I decided to come here for pedicures today and immediately there was a very rude man working. He gave some serious attitude and I decided to opt out of getting anything done. My family was rushed to find a polish color and in the end wasn’t even satisfied with the color. Also don’t speak in a different language when you assume customers do not understand what you are saying. Guess what sometimes they understand what you are saying and I definitely do not appreciate my mother being called stupid. Will not come here again.

Wasn’t acknowledged when walking up, another girl was serviced but I was clearly standing there before her. I showed them I wanted ombré, told me they couldn’t do it and that it would be expensive like I couldn’t pay for it or something. Decided to get just gel polish with a full set, the nail tech got glue all over the sides of my nails and now I have to rip my skin away from the glue. Wouldn’t go back.
