I have been going to Elite Nail Salon since May & I absolutely love it there! The salon is very clean , organized , and welcoming. The owners, Hanna and Timmy are always able to fit me in with no problem. I always get my manicures done with Hanna and she is the absolute best. She always does my nails exactly how I want them. Timmy has done my pedicures and he does a great job as well. They are both very kind people and always makes sure their clients are happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone, you guys won’t regret it, they’re the best nail salon in the area!! ❤️

I have been getting my nails done at Elite Nails since March, and they are fantastic. The salon is clean, organized, and inviting. My nails always look great, and Hanna’s nail art is to die for. I had a nail break a few weeks ago, and I went in and was able to get it fixed right away. If you don’t like how your nails turned out, they will make it right. Even after my first visit, they remembered my name. One day they were running a little behind, and were so gracious. Not only did they apologize for running late, but they discounted my service without me asking. Timmy and Hanna run a great salon, and care about everyone coming in. If you are unsure where in Bluffton/Hilton Head to get your nails done, Elite Nails is it.

I typically get nail maintenance from a different local salon, but I decided to try this salon after seeing so many positive reviews. I called on a Tuesday and scheduled a Saturday appointment with Hanna. My experience was very uncomfortable, as Hanna was so rough with my hands during my appointment (roughly pulling and twisting my fingers). I get my nails done every 2 weeks so I understand that the nail tech need your hands and fingers a certain way in order to polish/file. Typically the tech will just verbalize that she needs you to move your finger (Etc), or gently adjust them herself. My nail tech only said a few words to me during the appointment, so perhaps there was a language barrier. I am used to feeling pampered and relaxed during my nail appointments, but this was the complete opposite. This was a negative experience. The end result of the nails are posted above. On a positive note, the nail salon is very beautiful.

Elite has ruined other nail salons for me. They are clean, so welcoming, and so helpful. I payed 66 plus tip for an exact design of what I asked for. I don’t know why you are even looking at reviews JUST BOOK! Just call and book an appointment with anyone here and you won’t be disappointed. Whatever I ask of them they do. This place is like my second home! It’s clean, it’s welcoming and warm. They have small snacks and refreshments. Most importantly they know exactly what they are doing!!
