Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDon’t be desperate enough to waste your time or money. I asked for a square shape and got this awful round shape. The French tip is horrific. My nails were $85. I refused to pay $85 bc it’s not even close to what I asked for nor did she even accomplish a square shape. It took her 45 minutes to even file and shape them into whatever shape they call this. The manager fixed my nails but it still looks no better. Obviously they hire just anyone. Very inexperienced and unprofessional. They also use very cheap products and I believe some of the nail equipment was used. They don’t make any money so it makes sense as to why the use cheap products. Don’t be desperate enough to waste your time or money. I asked for a square shape and got this awful round shape. The French tip is horrific. My nails were $85. I refused to pay $85 bc it’s not even close to what I asked for nor did she even accomplish a square shape. It took her 45 minutes to even file and shape them into whatever shape they call this. One daughter had lumps and the polish peeled off. My other daughter had huge gaps under nails that made them pop off after a day or two. They were thick, clumpy and the man that did them was not very friendly. Another bad point for me was they have several employees but we had to go one after the other with the same guy so it took almost 3 hours. While we watched people that came in after us get services. This place was way over priced. My daughters and I went out for a girls day out. It was $185.00 for three sets of nails. One daughter had lumps and the polish peeled off. My other daughter had huge gaps under nails that made them pop off after a day or two. They were thick, clumpy and the man that did them was not very friendly. I went in 4:45pm to get lash extensions. Asked a lot of questions as this was my first time getting this service done (for a wedding). Get home and as I’m watching Shark Tank, the teeth come out! The lash starts to droop to one side of my eye and than just starts to hang there. Needless to say; I knew as she was applying them she didn’t quite know what she was doing and that was evident. Went back this morning and gotta refund. Won’t do that again (especially there at Elite Nails)!

Would NOT recommend and will not return. They were not friendly and rushed through the job, I got a simple french nail however the white tips are not the same length and there is bubbles in the nail. The worst part is the enormous gap between my natural nail and the fake nail so everything thing I touch is getting stuck and they will not last very long, extremely over priced for a terrible job.

Critical: ValueI guess because they are short staffed and in need of business, my nails were rushed and I hate them. I could have done a better job honestly. $80 for gel nails & pedicure. Even brought my own nail polish. But it was $80. Not worth it.Services: Manicure, Pedicure
