I use this salon regularly, every time previous to today, I have been pleased with their service. Part of the pedicure experience is relaxing in the pedi chair. That was not experience today. I had forgotten to select my polish before being seated, after my feet were prepped for polish, I was asked to go and select my polish , I was then told not to return to the reclining pedi chair but to sit on a chair in the mani area and put my foot on a stool , where my pedi was completed. It was awkward and somewhat painful since the angle was not natural and I have a bad knee. They were rushing me through, So they could use the station. I will return, but this Salon needs to understand greeting your customers by name is not enough to win and keep a loyal customer base.

Loooove this place dearly. I’ve never had a jacked up nail, full sets are $25 and they dont charge for shape. Everyone is friendly and pretty funny too. They also do SNS for $35 and if you want nail tips with SNS, its $40.

After going to multiple so call 4.3 and 4.8 star rated places, I have come to realize that I may need to invest my dollars into a new business. One place told me after I, called them first to see what services they provided, walked into their location, took my temperature and then told me to come back 3 hours later because 5 pedicures were coming in 35 minutes. I called this place and they were nice and explained upfront their process of service. I made appt. and was given the utmost attention. This is a good place to spend your fir great service and I love my nails.

I will not go to any other nail salon. The staff is super friendly and welcome me by name when i walk in the door. They’ve always done a superb job on my pedicures, acrylic, SNS, and gel. I have never been rushed out the door at closing time. They always wait until I’m completely dry. I’ve also messed up my polish numerous times and they fix gladly fix it. Best service in Gaston County and I’ve tried a lot of nail salons before I found Elite Nails.
