Whenever I called to make an appointment they know me by name, they remember me when I walk in and they are so nice and professional. Tina does my nails and I am so grateful that I found an amazing nail artist as she is. I got these nails done for an event and I have had so many compliments. One star because I and my daughter received some sort of service. My daughter scheduled appointments for eyebrows and chin/lip wax. After a 15 minutes wait we were escorted to the back. The elderly woman who waxed my daughter’s eyebrows took off half of one and then tried to fill it in with a pencil. She barely removed 50% of my chin. She burned my face and began cursing in her native tongue. I speak 11 languages, hers included. Sent in another woman to pluck and she removed 10 hairs and passed me the mirror with hair patches all over my face. I gave up, paid tipped and left. They did Not accept my tip. As a US Army veteran I have never before received such bad service in this country or any other. Shame

Nope . Never again . The lady was rude and unkind . I came after I got of work and had to have my nails done a particular way and told she never had to do that for anybody before. I asked to get my toes painted and she told me “ it’s pointless for your toes to be done if your just going to mess them up .” And then because I decided on not to get gel for my nail she told me I would mess them up . Iv had my nails done this way for years and they have lasted. However she was right. Nails fell off within 2 days! This the rudeness, over priced, and lack of professionalism is a no for me. Never will I come back .

Hands down best spot in Alamance County for pedicures! I have tried nearly every spot in and around Mebane for pedicures and I keep coming back to Elite Nails. The staff is kind and does great work. I love that they use liners on the tub, fresh kits for each pedicure, and take hygiene seriously. The staff is always attentive to my feet (I have a huge scar from surgery on my ankle), work well on my callused feet from exercise without complaint, and do the very best job of cleaning up the hang nails my big toes seem to always have. I love that they offer multiple packages for pedicures too. Something for everyone and every budget.
